Stop customer buying if no delivery address inputted.

Hi,

 

A customer placed a order on my site, no delivery address or telephone number was inputted, my store has accepted payment. We only have the billing address; from previous orders we know the billing address can be different. Over 3 days, we have reached out to the customer using email, no reply, we assume emails are ending up in the junk folder. 

 

We want the delivery address to be completed as mandatory. How do we set this? Thank you.

HI, Fragrance 

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin panel.
  2. Click on "Settings" and then select "Checkout."
  3. Scroll down to the "Customer Information" section.
  4. Locate the "Shipping address phone number" option.
  5. Choose the desired setting for this field (e.g., "Required").
  6. Save the changes.

By following these steps, you can configure the "Shipping address phone number" field to be required during the checkout process in your Shopify store.
