Stopping Redirection For Subdomain To Primary Domain

Hi,

I've added a subdomain and when I go to the subdomain link: gdpr.example.com.tr it always redirects it to the Primary domain example.com.tr

gdpr.example.com.tr (subdomain) is a separate page apart from our website where our customers can read the procedures and accept GDPR. 

Subdomain will be a landing page and will be built by a different platform.

I would like my primary domain to remain as the primary domain and when customers go to the subdomain it should remain as gdpr.example.com.tr and not redirect to the Primary domain. 

Could you please help me?

If your subdomain and primary domain are configured on a third-party platform like GoDaddy or Network Solutions, you will need to visit your domain provider to check the configuration. Make sure to remove any redirect URLs in your Shopify settings.

If your subdomain and primary domain are configured within the Shopify platform, you should check the primary domain settings. Verify if there are any redirect URLs set up. Additionally, you can review the navigation section (Online Store > Navigation > View URL Redirects) to check the configuration.

To prevent your subdomain (gdpr.example.com.tr) from redirecting to your primary domain, ensure your DNS settings are correctly configured and there are no redirection rules set up on your server or platform.

Where can i configure DNS settings correctly? There is a redirection but it's .com to .com.tr for people who are outside of Turkey. I still cannot resolve the problem. Please advise.
