All things Shopify and commerce
My store was recently deactivated. I was sent an email to submit an appeal, filled it out over a month ago.. guess what NO RESPONSE.
Shopify has left me in the dark and locked me out of my account. I have tried countless times trying to contact Shopify Support but nothing has worked, all they tell me is that they will look to escalate it and they will give me an update in 2 business days, now guess what... they dont even respond and email me like they say they would.
I have sales, a platform, subscriptions I paid for and even my original subscription. I have no idea why they would suspend the account and then go ghost.
Please be aware of Shopify guys... I had nothing wrong, this is completely unjustified. I will keep you guys posted.
