Store cancellations

I’ve had a terrible experience and wonder if it’s happening to others. I’m new to the platform and for no reason at all my stores keep getting shut down while I’m still in the planning faze, stores are still password protected and not accessible by the public. I’ve reach out to customer service and it’s been a terrible experience. Worst most useless customer service in fact. I was very excited to use this platform to launch my stores but now I’m thinking this might not be at all possible, I feel my account is being targeted for no reason. Stores down less than 24hr of starting. No refund for the time loss. And customer WILL NOT divulge any info In the slightest about what’s causing their decision. So disappointing.
