If we close our store without paying the outstanding bill, there be any problem?
@Hamzaishtiaq Yes, there could be consequences if you close your Shopify store without paying the outstanding bill. Shopify may pursue collection efforts to recover the unpaid amount, which could impact your credit score and potentially lead to legal action. It's best to settle any outstanding bills before closing your store to avoid complications.
Hi @Hamzaishtiaq,
If you have outstanding charges due to be paid, you will not be able to close your store. However, the store will be frozen automatically after repeated failed attempts to collect payment. You can reopen the store in future by paying the outstanding charges.
