Can I get some assistance. I have received several emails stating that my store is not in compliance and my account will be suspended. I have responded to the email asking for some help in understanding what needs to be rectified or someone to talk me through it, but I have not received anything back. Can someone please help or is there a customer service number I can call?
It is a scam and a lot of that is going on right now, almost every day 4-5 new topics on the forum appear.

But to add, if you hover over the "Shopify support" sender you will most likely see a Gmail email. Shopify never uses that. Next, when you find something suspicious, think for a second and try to Google search. You can find pages and pages of similar questions; most have scams in the title. Scammers use a sense of urgency to not give you time to think and react immediately. Also, be careful here on the forum of those with Gmail emails and a low number of posts.
So be cautious and stay safe.
