Store disappears

WTF? I just typed in a huge issue and it disappeared. I spent an entire weekend filling a store with products. They disappeared. Then I spent an entire weekend filling another store with products. They disappeared. Then the original products suddenly appeared a week later. So, I have spent a week getting that store ready to launch. I got a technical error and then it disappeared. The entire store!!!

To clarify, once created stores cannot disappear, so it would be very helpful if you could let me know what kind of error message was presented to you and do you still see it? Also, do you know what is your store URL link? If not, you could try to find it via email address that you used to sign up.
