Store Feedback - Layout/Design Workflow etc

Launched a new clothing line to promote anti-bullying initiatives through music/art. I have done a few pop up set ups, and have made good sales in person (brick/mortar), and I am always getting good feedback from customers, friends, etc.

Ive set up the online store on shopify, and would like thoughts/advice on layout/workflow to maximize closed sales. Thoughts are to keep things simple and quick for buy/checkout. Minimalistic. Looking to maximize conversations/sales online.
