Store Frozen Due to Payment Processing Issue, Need Urgent Help to Reopen Store.

Hi Shopify Community,

I'm facing an urgent issue with my Shopify store.

My billing invoices are stuck in the “Processing” state for over 2–3 days and kept failing all the time. After this, my store suddenly got frozen, and now it asks me to choose a plan again — even though I already attempted payment.

I’ve checked from my end:

My card/bank account did not deduct any amount for these bills.

All previous bills were paid successfully.

There’s no clear retry or failure message inside the billing dashboard.

I urgently need to reopen the store today. If anyone from the community or Shopify support team can help:

Cancel or clear these pending invoices

Let me retry payment manually

Or confirm what I need to do without getting charged twice

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
