I’ve been dealing with an issue regarding my store being frozen, and it’s been almost 15 days now without any resolution. Every time I speak to someone on chat, 6–7 different agents have told me it will be fixed soon and that it’s in the hands of the internal team—but even after all this time, there’s still zero response.
Can someone please tell me what I should do now? I even tried to get my domain disconnected, but they’re not doing that either.
I guess you should escalate the case by requesting to speak with a Shopify Support Manager or submit a formal complaint through Shopify’s support email.
