Store got suspended even its not open to the public

Hi,

My store got suspended suddenly without any specific reason.

The web page is displayed like this: Your account doesn't have permission to view this page. Try using a different account or going back to the Stores List page.

After asking tier-one customer service using an online chat plugin, they told me I should hit the email I received and file a form. I did as per their kind suggestion, however, it's been a week and I received nothing at all.

That is my first store on this platform. I thought I had submitted all the necessary files they requested and it's impossible to break any rules because with the existing protective password, the store can't be open to the public and there's no product to let them order. I'm still working on the theme build, due to this unexpected event it was interrupted. So weird...
