hello, i recently recieved a order from Paranoea by shopify and before i ordered it, they was SUPER responsive, replies within an hour ( our convesation was multiple days and over 20 emails, to which all replies was within an hour ). in our conversation they said im able to easily refund items i dont like, dont fit etc, with no cost (it says that on their website as well). after i recieved it, they were not my size and i wanted to switch them for a size smaller BUT after multiple emails, ive waited around a week. zero replies, which makes me think its a scam on purpose. PLEASE let me know what to do i spent so much money on this.
