Store is gone, website is live

After getting the absolute runaround in live chat, I have resorted to this. My store admin is gone. Shopify shows that I don't have any store, yet the website is operational. I only ever used one email to access my store and the email I am getting when I search for my store says there are no stores associated with that email. HELP!!!! I checked and ALL my subscription payment to Shopify have been charged and the payments cleared, so WHERE IS MY STORE?
