Store restore / store has disappeared from my account / no acces to store

My store has disappeared from my account. Below is a screenshot of the error.

Victoria I have done that already. Ticket number 48111082 

I haven’t got any solution and is very important to have this store ON as this is part of my business and I survive of it. 

I have checked other people over here facing same problem and haven’t found any solutions even people waiting more than a month for a response and still nothing so I am a bit scared of that happening to me as well.
