Store sends email to customer for confirmation, but when I email my store, it bounces back

Hi all

I have shopify setup, with a GoDaddy hosting, and a gmail account that forwards my info@ to my personal gmail account.  When I have orders, the store email will send out confirmations etc, however when I email my info@ email (tried off two personal accounts so far) I get the email bouncing back.

I have tried adding in the TXT of v=spf1 include:shops.shopify.com ~all which I have seen is a fix for some, however I am concerned customers who do email me won't be able to get in contact.

It sounds like the email forwarding you have created is set up through GoDaddy, or possibly another provider as Shopify email forwarding is only available if the domain is managed by Shopify. I have a few questions to help troubleshoot this further. 

• Are the emails successfully being sent to the forwarded address?
• If no to the above - Is the email you created set up correctly? - This will need to be something you troubleshoot with your service provider. 
• What does the bounce-back email look like?
