Store settings for multiple markets/countries

Hi , I want certain settings to be set up in my Pakistan based shopify store, 1. I want to enable shopify payments( I enabled it but it caused some problems for Pakistani Market on checkout so I disabled it later ) just for UK market and not for Pakistan Market , I mean when some cutomer purchases from Pakistan only COD option should be displayed for checkout and if he buys from UK only Shopify Payments method should be displayed. 2.) When I add the products in shipping profile of UK market they get removed from Pakistani market and vice versa . 3.) Different rates and currency based on customer location.
Anyone having idea of it?
