Does anyone know how to help me solve this problem please, it no longer lets me enter my shop, every time I try to enter it tells me to reload the page, can anyone solve the problem for me?

Have you tried troubleshooting this issue? If not, I highly suggest that you try this troubleshooting steps such as, use a different browser and device, use a different internet connect for example, use mobile data instead of Wi-fi and try to clear your cookies and cache. 

If none of this work, there might be an account issue going on so, it would be best to reach out Shopify support team so they can further investigate this matter and take the necessary actions to solve this error. You can reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the "I still need help" or "chat with a support advisor" option appear.
