Today I randomly get an email stating my store was shutdown for an AUP Violation. This is after working on it all morning. Email doesn't state why and when trying to submit an appeal it errors out and says to reach out to support chat. Support chat has no clue whats going on and tells you to fill out the form. My store perfectly aligned with the AUP and I made sure of that. All my products are sourced from AutoDS from suppliers like amazon, walmart, costco, etc. There hasn't been a sale on the site yet nor am I advertising the site as it is still a work in progress. Nothing like a month worth a work, time and money thrown down the drain for a reason they wont even tell you.
Beware of scammer , see mail sender id if it is mailer@shopify.com somthing like this @shopify.com then it's valid email ( talk to support) other wise block the sender with spam reporting.
