Hello Everyone
My Shopify store was terminated on Friday 8th of September 2023, I hadn't received any warning email or anything before I had been using Shopify for more than a year. I'm running a legit business trying my best to serve the community in the best possible way. I have been chasing the Shopify team for an update through my registered email since Friday but no response. I have tried live chat support they told me their team needs 24 hours time to get back to me via email It's more than 24 hours now. Can anyone suggest to me the best option for reaching out Shopify team or any person contact to whom I can reach out? any help is appreciated.

I can understand how difficult this situation is, I know I would feel the same in your position.
Awaiting a reply from the relevant via email will be the best next step here as only they have access to your account details surrounding this. I cannot say how long a reply will take but generally speaking in my experience it is usually a minimum of 24-72 business hours (not including weekends). Your ongoing patience is appreciated, thank you.
