Hi, @monetcrochet1.

Welcome to the Shopify Community!

To gather a bit of context, are you still able to access your Shopify admin? Could you share a screenshot of what you see on your end when viewing your website?

When navigating to your website www.monetcrochet.com, I was presented with a 404 (Page Not Found) error message.

Please see the screenshot below:

I used a tool to search the DNS settings for your subdomain. It looks as though the subdomain does not point to Shopify. The CNAME records are not valid, as it points to monetcrochet.comThe domain has an A record pointing to 216.69.141.67

To successfully point your domain to Shopify, you'll need to adjust your DNS settings from your third-party domain provider account.

  • The A record must point to the Shopify IP address 23.227.38.65.
  • Next, delete any other A records on the domain if there are any present.
  • Lastly, point the CNAME record with the name www to shops.myshopify.com and save your changes.
  • From there, you can connect your domain to Shopify by following the steps in our help center resource.

Please note: It can take up to 48 hours for your domain to be verified. After it's verified, your domain is listed in the Domain section of the Domains page with the status Connected.

Let us know if you have any questions on the process listed above.

Thank you for following up and sharing those screenshots, @monetcrochet1.

As per the first screenshot of your theme editor, there are several causes as to why the Failed to load the page error message may appear. Some examples of this error message appearing are due to the SSL on the primary domain failing or if the Online Store Sales Channel has deactivated unexpectedly. However, I'm unable to determine the exact cause due to limited visibility to accounts on the community forum.

In regard to your second screenshot, it looks as though your store is currently unavailable. Could you double-check if you received any correspondence from our support team? If you're unable to locate an email, I encourage you to create a support request via the Shopify Help Center. This allows our team to safely and securely access your account to determine the issue and provide you with the best solution.

Please let me know if you're having issues navigating the Help Center or have additional questions.
