I am trying to open my store but when I go to edit the theme or view my store it says it’s unavailable. I purchased my domain from Shopify

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with your domain, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I'm fully understanding, have you recently purchased the domain?


If so, you will want to confirm that the DNS Records are correctly pointing to Shopify. To learn more about this, you can check out our Manaing Your Domain Settings document as it touches on this further. 


After taking a closer look however, it seems the A Record is not currently pointing to Shopify. Due to this, you will want to make that correction as it will allow the domain to be successfully verified. The A Record will want to be pointed to Shopify's IP address, which is


Once this has been successfully updated, please allow for 48 hours to pass. This will ensure the domain has enough time to successfully propagate. If after 48 hours, the error continues please feel free to Contact Support

I checked my A Record and it is correct. Is there any other solutions ?
