so I have 2 online stores and reopened the store I stopped using like years ago and I’m trying to see if I can change the plan to the other store I’m actually using.
Hi, @Activatedpapa!
Welcome back to the platform! Our support team can definitely help you out in this inquiry but before you head over there, I would like to outline how this may work out for you as you some options to go about this.
The fastest way is to close your store with the incorrect plan and ask for a refund when you speak to our Support team. This option will be the fastest way for you to get your money back and also make the changes you want.
As for your other option, our team can definitely transfer over the subscription funds to the accurate store. It will simply take longer as the request will go through a couple more teams for approval. We will also need to verify access to two separate stores now.
Here is the link for you to get in touch with our Support Team. Let me know if you have other questions.
