Storefront and Website both gone blank - nothing loading

It appears that my online store has suddenly gone blank, affecting both the storefront control panel (as shown in the first image) and the website itself (as seen in the second image). Both are displaying blank pages and nothing is loading.

I am unsure what has caused this issue, and I am using a third-party theme called Tiny Babies. Unfortunately, the theme developers have informed me that they are not willing to help. 

Could anyone please provide assistance in resolving this issue?
