Struggling with collections.

Everytime i create a collection it seems to link to "PRE-FAll/23". Like right now on my page if you click on the "EFWI/24" located in the header the page is a copy of "PRE-FAll/23" and if i customize anything on the "EFWI/24" page it also changes on "PRE-FAll/23".

I don't know what is going on please help me.

They both share the same "Theme Template" called "Default collection" but its the only one i can choose.
