For anyone else having trouble getting the POS scanner and receipt printer to pair with Shopify since the latest updates our iPad is not second gen so basically doesn’t work now after spending hours trying to get it to work and ended up with the bar code scanner camera thing in the app and then only being able to text receipts. Would be good to have some warning when updates will render your hardware unusable especially during busy Christmas season, guess I’m thankful it’s not December but if anyone else is having trouble it might be the age of your iPad even if it doesn’t seem that old:(
