Struggling with low traffic and no conversions

Hi everyone,

I’m struggling to get traffic to my online store despite having 42k real TikTok followers, and I regularly promote my products on TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook. My store has been open for a month, but I’m still not seeing much traffic.

What can I improve to increase visits to my store? Any tips or insights would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Hi @Natsujpn

First, welcome to the community. Your store is, frankly saying, very basic.  It has good images, and interesting products but not much more than that.

You have the default Dawn theme, and while that itself is not bad think of thousands of stores with the same theme. Plus you have some stock photos that do look like something from your brand but not quite. Something that I always check, you do not have enough contact/business information. You could also use more collections in the menu, for easier navigation. And you do need more text for SEO.

On the other hand, I did check your TikTok and you have some truly amazing images. And it is not just one or two, throughout the gallery there is consistency in high-quality photography. And if you took all of those you have a good eye and real talent. And 42K is not enough. That being said,

all those followers would be great if you, let's say sell paintings or computer/mobile wallpapers. Not much connection to your store, just a few t-shirts

are interesting.

But you did a good job setting that store up and choosing products. And you know how many stores are there in that industry. I think your store needs to be more unique and your products also. I know you are not a t-shirt designer but from a lot of your images on TikTok you could take a part of the scene or some detail on an image and convert it to a minimal design for a t-shirt for example. It is a lot of work though. Just an idea.

Anyway, I do wish you luck and to have patience. Trafic and sales will come.

Kind regards
