Struggling with setting up a store on iPad, what can help?

I am trying to set up a store, and I feel so stupid. I can’t get anything done. I decided to download one of the apps to get assistance, I actually downloaded 2 apps. But I can’t get anywhere. Is it bc I’m using an iPad?
