Cart pages are not the checkout, an online stores theme or the cart pages that use the themes templates is not the same as shopifys managed checkout process.
Do no confuse the discrete steps in the business process it can make finding and searching for answers next to impossible as it creates questions with a flawed premise.

Ultimately unless your a web developer yourself or are going to spend the time to become one, you need to hire someone as apps only go so far in instilling the process into a business.

Be aware that labels like "Shop Performance" are next to worthless in research as every other post is just merchants abusing it with noise for anything that might move some sort of arbitrary business metric and not about fixing actual webspeed issues, and rarely do merchants come back around to discuss or share results or how to's. There was a dedicated forum but just like the "Shop Performance" got filled with nonsense.
