Stuck on checkout page on phone

The client is experiencing problems in his store. The customers are stuck on the phone on the checkout page, and they can't proceed. The site is luxscents.nl
Does anybody have an idea what it could be? Thank you, Lukas

Hello there Lukas @LukePokorny  Has your client done all basic troubleshooting processes like clearing cookies in their store browser, trying on an incognito browser etc.
