I received an email like this from Shopify, but I don't understand what "sublink" means and what I should do about it.:
...´´The team mentioned that you are not getting sales on your store because your store's sublinks are not visible in your shipping and delivery regions (countries) and your store is currently not recognized on search engines...´´
And where can I set up the sublink in Shopify?
I cannot grant access in any way; I am asking for help on where I can set this up.
Yes, we already have that. However, when we type "IKEA" into Google, their subpages appear under the homepage. I would like to set that up as well. Here you can see:
Do you need the login details for this, or can it be done without them? Because I wouldn't want to give that away. Thank you in advance!

Are you sure it's an email from Shopify themselves or some other person pretending to be Shopify?
