Submenu desktop, mobile

Hi I want some help on following using coding:

1. Desktop - submenu on hover should be black and underline (bold) - it becomes white for some reason

2. mobile - Mobile hamburger is missing and should be white color (it is there) 

3. Mobile -  Mobile hamburger is missing the arrow on the right for some reason (I want to add a black arrow next to it).
