Subscription and multi choice product options

I have a question that I couldn't find an answer to. How can I add a subscription product with a multi-choice option?ex: I have a book subscription club. and I want a buyer to be able to select what are his interests (up to 3). So I want that there will be several options like science, comedy, documentary, childhood, drama, thriller, etc. And the buyer would be able to select: documentary, childhood, comedy.
But I couldn't find a subscription app that could do so. I know there are apps that lets me do a multi-choice but then I can't work with the subscription apps.
Can someone please help me?
