Subscription and Physical Products as Bundle

It is probbably impossible for most apps to bundle subscription and phisical kind products together. On ckeck-out step all digital or subscription type products dissapear. Help with this issue. Ideally subscription also be able to add some discount to whole cart and so on. It seems that most apps are unable to bundle subscription and physical products together. During checkout, all digital or subscription-based products tend to disappear. I need a solution where subscriptions can be purchased alongside physical products. Ideally, the subscription should also be able to apply a discount to the entire cart. How can this be achieved?

By subscription purchases - do you mean digital products sold as subscription? Shopify Bundles and other apps based on this API are limited to one time purchase as covered in Shopify's documentation.
