Subscription Contract Time Based product Swap

We are looking for a subscription app that would allow us to offer subscriptions where the product would change on the subscription cycle (not the billing cycle), in our case 30 days.  Customer would select the product & variant (we have 3 variants) on subscription create. then the product would be swapped to the next monthly product (same variant).  if they skipped a month then the next contract order would be the currents month product.

Looking to see if this use case feature exists on any of the subscription apps.
