Hello,

I want to ask what happens if my client's 

subscription expires?

Will he still have his site on the internet?

Will he have the admin profile so he can make changes to his site?

If a Shopify subscription expires, the store will be taken offline and won’t be visible on the internet. The client will still have access to the admin panel for a limited time to reactivate the store by renewing the subscription, but they won’t be able to make changes until the account is active again.

@alejandronofear If your client cancels their Shopify subscription, the store will be frozen, but Shopify will keep all the setup, design, and data. When they're ready to restart next season, they can simply reactivate the account, and everything will be as they left it.
