Subscription Option on Products with Return Capability

Hello Shopify Family, 

I would like to do two things in my store. I've seen both done separately, but I am seeking help on combining the two. 

1) I want to create a subscription option for some of my products - with the subscription the customer gets a % off. (This is pretty straightforward)

2) With each subscription I want to provide the customer with a return label that allows them to return the container after it is used. 

We are trying to promote an eco-friendly story and would want to recycle/reuse some of the glass containers that we use for our products.

Rio here from the Shopify Community team. Most subscription apps aren't made for this, so you'll likely need to stitch together 2 apps. 

One app that you can use is. Return Prime is a customer-friendly return portal that is fully customizable to fit your store's branding. With Return Prime, you can automatically send return labels and create replacement orders directly on Shopify. You can use the auto return label feature to automatically send return labels to any customer when they receive their monthly subscription.

Additionally, Return Prime integrates with a variety of other apps, including 3PL partners and mobile apps, to streamline your returns process. This can help you set up the automation flow so your customers receive them as the orders are shipped out. 

Can you tell me more about what apps you are currently using, and the fulfillment flow for your product? Maybe we can identify another solution that is better. 

ReturnGo also offers similar features however is a bit higher priced.

We don't have very many apps attached to the store now. We only use Judgeme & Instafeed at the moment.

I was looking at Recurpay for the subscription app. Is that a good app or would you suggest something different for this solution that I am trying to implement?

If you could share some more details on your business and what you would ideally want to achieve I'm happy to suggest the best app that can cover most of your requests. 

The apps I've gone with before and see used most often I've listed below. They are pretty feature rich so you can look into them and see what works for your business case the best. 

I would also suggest actually emailing their support team, it would be great if one of them could show you a way to automate the return labels via their app, or through a connection with their app.

Hello @Signaturetouch, availing discounts (a % off) with subscriptions is available on third-party apps. Check out the SAPP Subscriptions App, it offers flexible subscription options with custom intervals and discounts. The return label part will probably have to be developed or it can be configured within the app.
