Hi,
Usually my billing cycle runs at the start of each month so I decided to cancel today to avoid getting charged as I no longer have the time to run my store. However I just noticed Iv already been charged. Is there a way to get refunded for my final billing cycle created Dec 29, 2023?

For some context, when you subscribe to a plan, you are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle for the upcoming month or year.
To request a refund, you can contact our support team directly and explain your situation by clicking on this link. They may be able to assist you with a refund and provide any additional information you may need, however please note as per our Terms of Service, section 5, point 10. Shopify does not offer refunds, so this is not guaranteed.
Is there any particular reason as to why you wish to no longer continue with your store?
