Dear Shopify Support Team,


I initially subscribed to a one-month Shopify plan. After a period of inactivity, I decided to reactivate my store. To my surprise, I found that my subscription had been automatically upgraded to an annual plan.
I would be grateful if you could help me understand the reason for this change and how I can revert back to my monthly plan.

Hi @Gael_Innocent 

 

You might accidentally chose annual plan instead of monthly plan as usually, annual plan is automatically selected or offered. You can try to go to your >settings >plan >change plan to see if downgrading to monthly plan is possible.
