Suggestion before to start the new shop

Few years ago I used Shopify and when I had  some problem the customer service was not good... 

almost zero answer and the answer they was very carless. 


now I want to try to open again a shop but during the selection of  the App I see the Shopify App available  with a very low score and on the complain inside almost zero answer ... 


So I don't understand why they develop the App in this case,  but mostly I have the same feeling had before ... 

in this company they don't really care about the customer service. Hope I am wrong and they improve a lot   (also on the course they remark about how is important the customer service) So I hope is just my impression.


Anyway I am wondering and asking at the blog your opinion about the customer service if is improved.
