All things Shopify and commerce
I've been a shopify customer since 2021 starting in Taiwan and have recommended it to many of my friends because I truly believe it was the best ecommerce choice. HOWEVER if I had known that shopify could be so callous in their security checks that they would SHUT DOWN my website with no warning 3 days before a trade show I would tell people to rethink who they do business with. The worst part of this is that - there's no reason why!? If there's a reason I could at least try to deal with the situation or but I can't even get 1 reason why shopify is costing me thousands of dollars to reprint all of my trade show materials because of a one-sided decision.
I have reached out to support chat everyday for 4 days now and all I get are promises that they'll take care of this and I'll get an email about this. Which I have not in the last 4 days. What type of support is this?! PLEASE HELP SHED SOME LIGHT ON THIS!
