Support request about unknown URL address

I need your assistance regarding an issue. For the past four days, our website has been receiving continuous clicks on a URL address, but we are unable to determine where this address is coming from, how it is being accessed, or why such a URL is being generated. We do not have a page with this address, and it has never existed or been published anywhere. Could you please help us investigate?

Normally, our payment addresses follow the format www.demo.com/checkouts, and this system is functioning properly. However, we are perplexed about the origin and access method of the "orders" extension. We are unable to identify who is clicking on it, and since we do not have a page with this address, it results in a 404 error.

Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your response. I am attaching an image for your reference. We are unable to identify the origin or method of this link, and it is not appearing in the reports. I am unsure if this link is legitimate. If it is, I would like to redirect it because our products are not being added to the cart, yet there are clicks on a nonexistent /order page. I'm not certain if this could be a potential attack. I am seeking support from anyone with knowledge on this matter. I'm uncertain about what steps to take.

I have never published such a page, and it has never existed on our website. Therefore, I am uncertain about this matter. I wonder where this link originated and why it is constantly receiving interactions.
