Suspended google Merchant Center account, help!

Google has suspended my merchant account but I can’t figure out why and am desperately in need of help.  They said that I don’t have a contact page and I added one in the footer under FAQs, they also said “the robots.txt file on the website is restricting the Google Bots from crawling your website and its subpages. You can check this for yourself by suffixing the root directory with /robots.tx like this:
https://estella-nyc.com/robots.txt
In order to fix the issue, please add the following lines to your robots.txt file:
User-agent: Googlebot
Disallow:
User-agent: AdsBot-Google
Disallow:
User-agent: Googlebot-Image
Disallow:
I’d suggest you to take help of the webmaster to fix the landing pages.”. But our robots.txt file looks fine and shopify support said that they cannot change it. Can anyone help, my site is estella-nyc.com? I’ve heard that the problem could be our site speed, but I don’t know if that’s true?

This is an accepted solution.

As of April 2020 Google has increased the requirements by using 3rd party resources. Meaning you need to have a high enough trust factor and need to follow all policies. And when you are suspended, the requirements threshold is higher.

Start by adding a phone number and business address in your contact page.

As there are so many factors, here is a list to check:

Hope this helps.

Hello!

Just a quick update about the robot.txt file that was referenced in this post. As of today, June 21st, 2021, we have launched the ability to edit the robot.txt file to give merchants more control over the information that is crawled by search engines. You can learn more about how to edit your robot.txt file through our community post here

If you have any questions about the new feature, please do not hesitate to create a new post under our "Techincal QA" board.
