Suspended Merchant and Google account

Hello,

I wonder if someone can help me with this issue, as I keep trying to fulfill Google's request to show my advert, but they keep suspending it. I think I will be banned at the next time. I can't figure out how I would misrepresent products. I don't even want the products to show; all I want is my name out there to drive traffic.  Here is what they say:

• Provide transparency about your business identity, business model, policies and how your customers can interact with you. ( My business name is there, and my contact form, return, and shipping policy is clear)
• Promote your online reputation by showing reviews or highlighting any badges or seals of approval (there are reviews and badges on the website)
• Use a professional design for your online store that includes an SSL certificate help_outline (how is is not professional, I am using a shopify template)
• Provide information in the business information settings in your Merchant Center help_outline (done)
• Follow SEO guidelines, improve your eligibility for seller ratings and match your product data in your Merchant Center with your online store (I don't know what that is)

For the products, they also required some GTN or whatever numbers, which is pretty impossible to get, as the seller only have SKU numbers.

Your website is 42 days old and you already have reviews? While technically not impossible, it is very unlikely. Google does not allow fake reviews, just an FYI. And im my opinion one of the main issues.

When you say reviews, the website or product reviews, or both?

The links you sent don't really help me because I have already gone back and forth and still can't figure out the specific problem—that is what I need help with. It is too vague lingo....

The sad news is, that you will not know the specific reasons, you may ask, why?

Well, Google does not share any specifics, as you already know.

So how do you fix something when you don't know specifics? You need to fix every possible reasons, that is what I do for my clients.

And regarding reviews, anything that is fake, remove it. As you may already know, showing fake reviews, is misleading.

to further add, Google flagged all my products as I don't have GTIN numbers, which I can't have because the seller (Korealy) doesn't provide them, only the SKUs and the brand names...it is something that can be bypassed somehow.?
