Suspicious Collabs invitation unable to remove or resign

"Hi everyone,

I received a collab invitation from Herbal Africana, but I'm concerned about the legitimacy of the brand due to the UK address with a Nigerian cell number. I've tried to remove/resign from the collab, but the steps provided by Shopify aren't working on my phone.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? How can I remove this collab and ensure my account's security?

I did try suggested recommendations but even on laptop it doesn't give that option the only option it does give is to delete the whole account.
