Switching to a different theme in starter pack

Hi,

Can I switch to a new theme in my starter pack? Cause right now I see this message when opening the theme's section 
"Upgrade your plan to customize and publish an archived theme or install a new one."

Hi @Thinker_08 

Yes Starter pack have just a Spotlight theme and "Other themes and customization options aren't available on the Starter plan."
