Syncing shopify products with products in my mysql database

Hi,

I am creating a store with shopify and I want the inventory for my shopify store to come from an external database (mysql) and I want my inventory to get synced/updated with/from my database everyday.

Any ideas on how this can be achieved? (It's a .Net console application)
