Takedown for nothing!?

Hi community, I always helped you (atleast I tried) but now I need help. I got an email from shopifys support which is legit, ig. It says that I violated Section 7 of Shopifys AUP, which is about sharing personal data and/or collecting/sharing health data or something, but the thing is, since I'm a coder I open stores to work on sections or in general on the theme  I am coding currently, and I didn't do anything which is against section 7. I coded on my theme and that was all, but now they took down my whole account, for NOTHING. I reached out to the support but I thought maybe one of you happend the.
