Hi All,
We had a chargeback initiated against us for an online order. The chargeback was initiated about 3 months after the product was delivered to our customer. We submitted proof that the order was delivered but somehow lost the chargeback. Now Shopify will not implement their Shopify Protect and refund us for the chargeback.

That is who you serve with the papers from the court. They represent Shopify in San Francisco/California.
