Taxes not being charged although "charge taxes" is selected

For the past couple of weeks, any new variants of products we've added are not being charged tax on--despite "Charge Taxes" being selected in the Shopify admin. Anyone else having this issue? Does anyone know of a way to search all products to find variants that have defaulted to "no tax"?
