Termination of my account

My account was shut down? All I got was a email saying….. 

Dear Account Owner, 

We have reviewed your account and determined that it is in violation of Shopify's (AUP). As a result, we are no longer able to host your store on the Shopify platform and your account has been closed.

I sell jewelry and I spent hours and hours designing the store and uploading products for them to just shut it down for no reason? I’m so confused can anyone help.
